1. オープニング・イントロダクション（10分） ケース選考において、人事が見ているポイントや、評価されるアウトプットの完成イメージを解説します。 2. グループワーク①（10分） 参加者同士でチームを組み、実際のケース問題に取り組んでいただきます。 3. レクチャー（30分） ケース問題への向き合い方、ファルミ推定に頼らないアプローチ法、選考で評価される考え方・進め方を詳しく解説します。 4. グループワーク②（15分） 1回目とは異なるケース問題に再挑戦し、レクチャー内容を踏まえて実践していただきます。 5. 発表・総評（25分） 各チームのアウトプットをもとに講評を行い、最後に最も優れたチームを決定します。 |
